The transaction does not automatically confer permission to act

It assembles and tests the material decision artefacts required for the applicable decision context.

    • lived operational experience;

    • policies and constraints;

    • responsible authority;

    • affected parties;

  • VCLARIFI evaluates the relationship among those inputs, including:
